Taq Plus 2X PCR MasterMix is a Ready-to-use PCR Master Mix in the 2X format. To set up PCR reactions, users only need to add template, primers and H2O for the reaction.  The Taq Plus 2X PCR MasterMix contains an inert, non-toxic red dye to visualize mixing; which also allows easily and directly load onto agarose for  electrophoresis to visualize PCR results. Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is a combination of Taq DNA Polymerase with high fidelity DNA polymerase, thus improving the fidelity and amplification length of the resulting DNA fragments.
